zipped images - these images are of 2 different samples
- the cells are cultured cancer cells grown on glass, fixed with paraformaldehyde and osmium tetroxide, dehydrated and coated with AuPd from sputter coater - the graphite surface has 2 sub regions on it - the images labeled graphite folds are from areas of the graphite not exposed to gold and show folds or wrinkles in the top layers of the graphite - the images named au-on-graphite... are from area within the gold deposition zone - you don't need to show all images on your report - the ones to be used for comparison are the slow vs fast scan and the ss4 vs ss10 image.
All the gold zone images were taken with spot size 3.
