Dr. Robert Morgan received his Bachelors from Queens College in 1983, then went on to study the synthesis and photophysics of Ru(II) polypyridine complexes at the City University of NY, and received  a doctorate 1992.  His current research interests lie in the synthesis and optical spectroscopy of organic and inorganic fluorophores.
